How Far in Advance Should I Book?
BridgeClimbs are very popular so booking at least two weeks in advance is strongly recommended, even more if you have limited free time in your itinerary.
Reservations can be made a maximum of four to five months in advance.
Bookings for today’s Climbs, if available, can only be made through our Ticket Hotline.

Can I Book for Someone Else?
Yes. You can book for others or book for groups. If you would like to give a BridgeClimb as a gift, you can purchase a Gift Certificate, which can be sent anywhere in the world.
Please note that groups larger than 10 must be booked via our Ticket Hotline.

Can I Change a Booking?
Yes. Changes to the date and/or time of a BridgeClimb reservation are permitted up to seven days before the confirmed Climb date. However, you can only change your reservation to an available time and date and we reserve the right to charge a booking fee for changes.

Can I Cancel a Booking?
No. BridgeClimb tickets are non-refundable. However, you can change the date and/or time of your Climb up to seven days before the confirmed Climb date. Contact our Ticket Hotline.

Is the Online Booking System Secure?
Yes, completely secure and confidential. Our online booking system is operated by Tickets.com and endorsed by Verisign. All transferred data is encrypted and the Tickets.com system is ranked among the best online security systems available.

What if my Preferred Time is sold out?
If the Climb time you have requested is unavailable, please try booking again by selecting another time. Alternatively, contact the Ticket Hotline.

What if I don’t like the Time Scheduled by my Online Booking?
The online ticketing system automatically allocates the first available BridgeClimb according to the time zone selected. If the time specified is not satisfactory, please contact the Ticket Hotline.

Why haven’t my Tickets been Sent to me?
When booking a BridgeClimb, your tickets are not posted out to you. They will be available to pick up at Climb Base in the Rocks, Sydney Australia on the day of your Climb.
To issue you with your Climb tickets we will require the BridgeClimb Confirmation that you will receive via email. Please print the email and bring it along with you on the day of your scheduled Climb.
Note that your BridgeClimb Confirmation is not contained on the Order Verification Page screened when you booked online. The BridgeClimb Confirmation will be emailed to you within eight hours of your online purchase.

What if my Climb is Cancelled?
On rare occasions of extreme weather (electrical storms and exceptionally high winds), BridgeClimb does postpone Climbs. If your Climb is cancelled, you will be offered an alternative Climb on the date and time of your choice.
If this is not possible you will be issued with a credit voucher. Use it to select a time and date for your climb at a time that is more convenient for you.
Climbs are cancelled only at BridgeClimb’s discretion.
