About Us

BridgeClimb opened its doors in the Rocks, Sydney, on 1 October 1998, providing public access to the catwalks and ladders of the Sydney Harbour Bridge for the very first time. Since then we have opened a variety of Climbs that operate from dawn to night, led by our dedicated team of Climb Leaders. In late 2006 we will introduce The Discovery Climb.

Since our inception, we have assisted over two million people to climb the 1439 steps to the top. They include many celebrities, and our 100-year-old Climber, Mrs. Chris Muller. We have donated over $2.7 million worth of Climbs to charities, schools and other organisations and made over 1100 marriage proposals possible from the best vantage point in town.

To visit us, simply catch a ferry, bus or train to Circular Quay then take a short walk through Sydney's historic Rocks. Our Climb Centre is on Cumberland Street, at the base of Sydney Harbour Bridge. We'll show you the Climb of Your Life!
