We are seeking Climb Leaders to guide our Climbers to the summit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and create a memorable experience for all visitors. Successful people in this role possess vitality, a genuine interest in others, and an ability to inspire and entertain within a highly structured environment.
As a Climb Leader you will be safety conscious, with excellent attention to detail. Because you will have personal contact with every Climber on every Climb, you will need to be customer focused to create an experience that our Climbers will never forget.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Which is why our Climber Relations team is so important, because that’s where Climbers have their first experience of BridgeClimb. Team members ticket, provide information and reassurance and are sensitive to any unique requirements of our Climbers. We are looking for team members who are team players, positive and are full of energy.
Climber Relations sets the stage for the experience of climbing the Bridge. Your duties include meeting and greeting the customers, selling the Climb, ticketing the Climb, and answering any questions or queries the customer may have. You should possess excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Within a close-knit team you will provide excellent customer service to our customers over the phone in regards to bookings and gift certificates. We are looking for team members who are team players, positive and are full of energy.
Your duties will be answering the phone in an efficient manner and ensuring customers receive complete and accurate information in regards to our Climbs. Your call centre experience, dedication, attention to detail and motivation will guarantee your success in this role. You'll possess excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be able to make a lasting impression on our Climbers after they have experienced 'The Climb of their Life' by assisting them face-to-face with photographic and souvenir sales. Share in each Climbers enthusiasm as you hear all about their experience and help select their favorite photo from the top of The Sydney Harbour Bridge. Your previous sales experience and high level customer service skills will make you an ideal candidate to work in this motivated highly energetic team environment.
